| Are you ready for your own Website? |
|

So have you thought about having your own website but just afraid of all that tech stuff?
I've been with Yahoo for several years now and have no complaints. For $12.95 a month I've got more space than I could ever use, all the email addresses a body could want and installing a program just like the one you see here, is a snap. Yahoo does it for you if you want.
You can also install a Wordpress blogging program of your own, in fact you could use it as your whole site. If you decided to sign up with Yahoo, give me a holler and I'll help you decide which way to go and how to do it. :) |

 Water Transfer Printing At Home
Author: Bart Icles
Now you are ready for some water transfer printing. Simply place the decal on the preferred surface, slide it from its paper backing to the surface, and position it well with wet fingertips. Sweep it gently with a squeegee or rubber spatula to keep it free from having bubbles. After the transfer is complete, apply a resin sealer on the design so you can save the design from cracking, fading and peeling. |

| How-To: Add Pizazz With Advanced Knitting Techniques |

Add Pizazz With Advanced Knitting Techniques
Author: Amanda Roddy
Knitting Techniques
Most knitters only learn the basic stitches. Knitting techniques extend beyond the knit and purl stitches. There are many methods that add pizazz to your knitting. You can modify simple patterns through color, texture, and structure. The new knitting technique may be hard to grasp but they are not hard once you learn them.
There are three styles of color work in knitting :fair isle, intrasia, and mosaic. The color work method allows multiple colors on the same row. Fair Isle knitting originated in Scandinavia and uses two colors ; one floating behind the work while not in use. Fair Isle knitting is often used when knitting in the round and for outer garments like jacket and sweaters. Intrasia knitting is worked in the round but used to make geometric shapes and other decorative items. Mosaic knitting allows the use of one color at a time.
